Tasha Disney

Tasha leads our dedicated Partnership Enablement Office, consisting of a cross-functional team that is responsible for establishing the foundations of our strategic partnerships within Parexel Biotech. They work with our biotech partners as co-owners to determine what partnership looks like in each unique situation from the beginning, developing the best governance, operating model, communication, and change management methodologies. Each Partnership has an experienced Director of Portfolio Management who has overall operational leadership and is deeply embedded and ultimately accountable for health and delivery across the portfolio.

In addition, Tasha leads Parexel Biotech’s Inside Sales Team who work collaboratively with commercial leads to identify prospective partners and proactively develop and discuss our partnership value proposition.  

Work Experience

Tasha has spent most of her career honing in on ways to create, enrich and differentiate partnerships that endure and prosper within the biotech space. She has over 22 years of CRO Industry Experience. Before joining Parexel in 2021, she spent 17 years at Quintiles Transnational and Quintiles Inc. (now IQVIA) and just over 3 years at Covance/LabCorp (now Fortrea). 

Education

Tasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Appalachian State University.
