She has worked at Parexel for over 20 years and she has a strong understanding of the medical  communications industry and patient voiceJakki has 15 years’ experience in developing regulatory-compliant, patient-centric communications, including branding, content development, website creation, translation, print delivery and productionJakki holds a Bachelors degree with Hons from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK and a Higher Diploma in Business from Northbrook/MET College, Worthing, UK. Jakki has co-authored on numerous thought-leadership articles and an award-winning ISMPP poster.
