Conal Burgess

Conal Burgess serves as President and Global Head, Enterprise Partnerships at Parexel. In this role he is responsible for global Project Leadership and Sales for Parexel’s portfolio of large pharmaceutical customers. Conal’s broad understanding of the industry allows him to develop tailored solutions across all therapeutic areas from Early Phase through Post-Approval. 

During his 30 years with Parexel, Conal has held various positions across the organization in Project Management, Finance, Account Management and Business Development, including leading Parexel’s Project Management and Commercial organizations. The primary focus of his career has involved the development of innovative, sustainable partnerships with large pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Parexel, Conal worked in hospital administration in Saudi Arabia.

Conal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences Genetics and a Master's in Genetics from Trinity College in Dublin.
