Youth Labor in Transition. Inequalities, Mobility, and Policies in Europe

This open-access book offers a systematic comparison of youth labor markets in 28 European countries, transcending the conventional discussions of youth unemployment to examine the consequences of precarity and early-career insecurity. It provides a systematic differentiation of the experiences of different categories of young people (e.g., gender, ethnicity, and socio-economic status) and the research employs a diverse range of empirically rigorous quantitative and qualitative approaches to examine youth transitions.
